Perfect for home additions, renovations, and enclosed patios, the Bosch Climate 5000 series is comprised of three main parts – the indoor air handler, outdoor condenser, and the piping line set. The indoor and outdoor units are connected by the electric and refrigerant piping line set that can be run with the condensate drain line through a 3-inch diameter hole in an exterior wall. The Climate 5000 series utilizes a combination of efficient technologies to minimize electricity usage, reduce your electricity bill, and simplify installation, maintenance, and cleaning. Using infrared technology, the Intelligent Eye Infrared Sensor lowers the speed of the compressor when nobody is in the room, and automatically controls humidity. With a self-cleaning mode, the Climate 5000 series both cleans internally while removing moisture via our water-wicking blue fin technology. Wireless back-lit remote included for easy adjustment, featuring: Timer, Turbo, Follow-Me, Sleep, and Silent settings to customize your comfort. All 4th generation Climate 5000 products include an A2L Sensor, factory installed. Additional connection port on select 4th Generation systems for increased flexibility. R-454B refrigerant meets Low-GWP requirements. Limited residential warranty covers replacements parts for 7 years and compressor for 10 years. Upon registration, replacement part warranty extends to 10 years. Warranty coverage requires professional installation.
