It is telling you the time the show will start in 2 different US time zones. So the show will start at 8:00 if you're in the Eastern time zone or 7:00 if you're in the central time zone.

The show starts at 8 pm EST and 7 pm CST. In New York, it would be 8:00 when the show starts. In Chicago, it would be 7:00 when the show starts.
